Bouillon Chartier
A friend ask me for a suggestion: do you know any good restaurant in Paris? Be aware that I'm not searching for a Michelin's recomendation.
The only thing I could remember was not Michelin, was not a simple Brasserie or a Montmarte corner. The only thing that was rumbling in my mind was: Le Bouillion Cartier. A very large restaurant, Belle Epoque style, fantastic decoration, nice waiters... and the most cheap prices I've ever had in a restaurant in Paris.
Nice food, great marron creme, l'apricot melba...
Near the Boulevards...
